With the release of the third generation of quick solder boards came the addition of a comms port on the QSB’s themselves, to use these new comms ports to retrieve your CPU key via J-Runner these special Xecuter CoolRunner QSB V3 comms USB cables are required. What these cables allow you to do is connect one end to the special comms port on the new 3rd gen QSB’s and the other end being USB into your PC, from there you are then able to retrieve the CPU key from the console right into J-Runner itself, no more need to grab it off the TV screen from Xell or for the Corona people no more need to get the CPU key from over Ethernet.
