| At first you have to be a little nervous doing business with a new company. But I can say after my first purchase I have already placed a second order. In my experience after placing an order I had a tracking number in less than 4 hours..great job.. When you login you can get an update on order status. with tracking. When I recieved my purchase it was just as described and was what I ordered. It seems to me they go out of their way to not mis-represent anything. If a product is on order you will know it.
