With all Xbox 360 DVD drives you need to extract the DVD key from your old drive's BIOS and flash that key into the drive you are replacing it with. You may also need to spoof the drive if you're not replacing a drive with the exact same brand or model. This is not a simple swap-out procedure and should only be performed by a competent technician.
