So I ordered the Duox3 since I had an old original XBOX laying around. The chip was delivered quickly considering it came from canada and I'm in New York. Sadly however the UPS guy destroyed the chip by trying to shove the package under my door. I contacted ModChipCentral to file a claim with UPS. Not only did they reply promptly and file a claim, they said they would send me a new one the next business day (before the claim would be settled.) I couldn't ask for better service.
