Ordered a nand-x and coolrunner the day it was avaible for pre-order and found about halfway through i did not want it anymore. So i emailed them, and stated i would like to exchange for an xk3y... so they simply put my name into a coupon code! Another month passed and i received my xk3y yesterday... i was anxious to assemble it and finally use it, and it was amazing being recognition. It shipped out like on last thursday, and would of been here around saturday (if ups delivered :p) coming from canada!!! wow... i live in ohio so i was still amazed A+ billion plus seller
